Hubbell Power Systems, Inc. (HPS) manufactures its line of CHANCE® Lineman Grade Tools™ in Centralia, Missouri. With more than 75 years of engineering expertise, CHANCE is a highly recognized brand in the industry for tools and accessories in the construction and maintenance of power equipment. HPS also wrote the encyclopedia of grounding and has been educating linemen since Tips Tools was acquired in 1937. HPS acquired A. B. Chance in 1994 and its product portfolio includes hot sticks, clamps, grounding equipment, ladders, and rubber gloves.
